Q. What was the first coin you bought?

Litecoin. On a whim.

Q. If you were gifted $1k, what coin or NFT would you be buying more of?

Chainlink. My son (and trusted crypto advisor) told me about this coin, and I think it has a lot of potential. Chainlink has figured out how to get information in and out of a blockchain in a way that is still secure, trustworthy, and decentralized.

Q. Are there any new crypto or NFT projects or artists you are buying more of or watching out for?

Jose Miguel Howe is one of the most gifted sculptors in the world, and is the best-known sculptor in all of Mexico. Stay tuned for his 3D 360 Degree NFTs. Shameless plug: We just filmed a 360 video with classical guitarist Rodrigo Delamora at Jose Miguel’s gallery last week in Puebla, Mexico, so stay tuned for that at Teatro del Corazón’s website.

Q. Best piece of investing advice someone gave you? Nobody has all the answers. Invest in blue-chip companies. Invest in new technologies that will benefit humankind. Don’t bet on one stock or coin. Have fun. Get advice from your kids since they are the future.

Q. What piece of advice would you like to give to others that are just starting out?

Do your research. And then buy what you like. It’s a volatile market, so don’t invest what you can’t lose. Don’t obsess over the ups and downs of the market. Follow people from all over the world, not just the U.S. Look for investments and companies that want to make the world a better place.

Q. Fav influencer/account that we should follow

Jesse Damiani on Twitter. He doesn’t just write about crypto, which is why I like his tweets so much. Plus, he’s got a heart of gold, and he’s thoughtful, kind, and knows a lot about emergent technology.

Added this one:

Q. My Motto: United and connected, we can change the world for the better. :)
